Tracey Stephens, Principal Designer
My childhood and background have uniquely prepared me for a life as an interior designer. As the daughter of a Foreign Service Officer and an artist, I grew up mostly in Europe* where my parents assembled a museum quality art and antiques collection. I developed a strong appreciation for world cultures, art, design and travel early in life. After early careers in social work (honing listening skills and couples negotiating) and public relations, I found my true passion in interior design. I started my interior design business in 1991 while still a student at Parsons School of Design. For the last decade I have focused primarily on kitchen and bath design.
When not working, I enjoy kayaking, live music, walking in Brookdale Park and yoga. One of my favorite bands is Pinegrove and not only because it is my son's band (Evan Stephens Hall)!

Beth Bernasconi, Office Manager/Project Manager
My skills as a project manager come from an unusual place. As a photojournalist for the Miami Herald and Associated Press for 25 years I learned the value of communication, problem solving and most importantly deadlines. As a photographer my speciality was seeing pictures others missed, a skill that translates well into project management. My greatest strength is keeping track of all the little details and seeing the things others sometimes miss. Keeping your project on time couldn't play more into my obsessiveness with being on time.
