KITCHEN PROBLEM: The powder room opened into the dark kitchen.
KITCHEN SOLUTION: Relocated the powder room to the front hall. Created an eating nook with windows on 3 sides, flooding the space with daylight. The clients wanted bold color and decided to have “a party on the floor” with a tri-color linoleum pattern. Sustainable elements included replacing the gas range with an electric induction one.
