KITCHEN PROBLEMS: Not enough counter or storage space, refrigerator blocked basement door, range hood didn’t exhaust outside, sink too small, style not at all their aesthetic.
KITCHEN SOLUTIONS: The laundry machines were relocated to the basement, back corner of house was squared off adding 24 SF, back door to deck was relocated to opposite end of wall, and appliances were relocated for better access and counter space. The couple is now happily cooking on a 36” 5-burner range with a powerful exhaust hood surrounded by plenty of counter space. The back window overlooking the deck and garden was widened for more light and view from the kitchen sink.
