BATHROOM PROBLEMS: Cramped claustrophobic layout for a family of 4. Cracked brown and yellow tiles. Not enough storage space. Toilet too close to the wall.
BATHROOM SOLUTIONS: Working within the existing footprint, the bathtub was relocated to the end of the room with a new waterproof fiberglass (more eco-friendly than vinyl) awning window. Updated modern amenities + style inspired by 1930s vintage bathrooms: custom unglazed porcelain mosaic floor tile, spearmint green & black color scheme, refurbished antique dentist’s storage cabinet, defogging medicine cabinet mirror, black ceramic retro lighting and accessories.
